From code to customers — a journey of reinvention.

Most careers follow a straight line. Mine is a constellation — each role a point of light that connects into something bigger.

I started in IT support, mastering systems and databases. Then I moved into finance and controlling, where I discovered my love for precision and insight. Next came customer experience, where analytical thinking met human connection.

Today, based in Switzerland, I bring a rare combination: the technical mind of an analyst, the empathy of a service professional, and the adaptability of someone who has thrived across industries and borders.
